In der Funktion als Quality Assurance Specialist (m/w/d) bist du zuständig für die Durchführung spezifischer Tests, um die Qualität des Produkts und der Verpackung gemäss den Unternehmensanforderungen/-normen sicherzustellen.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Testen und Analysieren von Roh- und Hilfsmaterialien, sowie Fertigprodukten unter Anwendung verschiedener Verfahren im Fertigungsprozess
  • Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Musternahmen sowie Protokollieren, Auswerten und Besprechen der Resultate
  • Auslösen des sofortigen Produktionstops bei Verletzung der Qualitätstoleranz und Benachrichtigen der Quality Assurance- und Produktionsverantwortlichen
  • Erheben und Auswerten der Qualitätskontrolldaten und Aufbereiten für das Quality Assurance Reporting
  • Protokollieren von Messresultaten unter Einhaltung des GMP Standards
  • Ordnen und reinigen des Arbeitsbereichs, des Labors und der Bereiche in der Plant
  • Mitarbeit bei der Einführung von neuen Produkten und Verpackungen (Anpassung, Aktualisierung Dokumentationen)
  • Sachgemässes Handhaben und Warten von Prüfmittel und Geräten unter Einhaltung der höchstmöglichen Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Überprüfen der Beschwerden, die über das Sales und Warehouse Departement eingehen
  • Analysieren und Optimieren der Prozesse im Bereich Quality Assurance unter Einhaltung der internen Richtlinien, QS Anforderungen sowie der schweizerischen und europäischen Lebensmittelgesetze
  • Unterstützen, Leiten und Bewerten von verschiedenen Projekten im Bereich Quality und/oder Operational Sustainability
  • Spezialisierung in verschiedenen Bereichen wie Mikrobiologie, Wareneingang, Kalibration/Gerätewartung, Archivierung, Lösungsmittelmanagement

Anforderungen

  • Berufsausbildung als Lebensmitteltechnologe oder Laborant im Bereich Chemie oder Biologie mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Mikrobiologie von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (4-Schicht) mit entsprechender Mobilität
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse, SAP von Vorteil
  • Exakte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie verantwortungsbewusste und selbständige Persönlichkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Hohes Mass an abteilungsübergreifende Kommunikation
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch

Wünschenswert

  • Erfahrung in der Mikrobiologie

  • Act as a construction submission authorized person (BVB) and/or testing expert plan review (PSV-PP) in accordance with VV Bau STE or VV PSV STE
  • Create execution, design and approval plans (service phases 1–5 according to HOAI) and coordinate them with clients and involved specialist trades
  • Check external planning documents for completeness and plausibility, release them and create technical statements
  • Coordinate the planning process, accompany the obtaining of plan approvals and supervise coordination with the Federal Railway Authority (EBA)
  • Support colleagues in training and further education and contribute your specialist expertise to internal and external consultations
