Für unser traditionsreiches Hotel Goldener Hirsch in Salzburg suchen wir einen Quality & Training Manager (m/w/d), der mit Leidenschaft für Qualität, Serviceexzellenz und Weiterbildung unser Gästeerlebnis auf höchstem Niveau weiterentwickelt. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position tragen Sie maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards zu sichern, Mitarbeitende gezielt zu fördern und die besondere Atmosphäre unseres Hauses kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln, um unseren Gästen ein unvergessliches Erlebnis zu bieten.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für das Qualitätsmanagement im gesamten Hotel
  • Analyse von Gästefeedback (z. B. GSS, Online Reviews) sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung konkreter Maßnahmen
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und laufende Optimierung von Service- und Qualitätsstandards im gesamten Haus
  • Durchführung interner Audits, Trainings und Mystery Checks
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Qualitätsrichtlinien (z. B. LQA, Forbes etc.)
  • Initiierung und Steuerung von Projekten zur Verbesserung des Gästeerlebnisses
  • Entwicklung innovativer Konzepte zur Steigerung der Gästezufriedenheit in Zusammenarbeit mit der Direktion
  • Ermittlung und Zusammenstellung des Trainings- und Weiterbildungsbedarfs aller Abteilungen
  • Entwicklung und Organisation von Trainingskonzepten gemäß Marriott Development Standards
  • Planung und Durchführung von Trainings (Workshops, Präsenztrainings, E-Learnings, On-the-Job-Trainings) sowie Sicherstellung gesetzlicher Pflichtschulungen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit HR und den Fachabteilungen hinsichtlich Trainings- und Entwicklungszielen
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung einer gelebten Qualitäts- und Trainingskultur
  • Durchführung von Qualitätsaudits in den Abteilungen
  • Onboarding und Training neuer Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Übernahme von Manager-on-Duty-Diensten

  • Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position in der Luxushotellerie
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Hohes Maß an Detailorientierung. Präzision und Diskretion sind für Sie ebenso selbstverständlich wie eine herzliche Ausstrahlung und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild.
