Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Sicherstellung termingerechter Verfügbarkeit von Einkaufsartikeln
  • Pflege vertrauensvoller Lieferantenbeziehungen und eigenständige Angebotsverhandlungen
  • Planung und Bearbeitung von Einkaufsaufträgen
  • Koordination von Abholungen, Bearbeitung von Rechnungen und Reklamationen
  • Pflege von Stammdaten im ERP-System
  • Unterstützung der Ausbildung von Industriekaufleuten im Bereich Einkauf

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder in der Beschaffung
  • gutes Prozessverständnis mit kaufmännischer Denkweise
  • Wortgewandtheit, Diplomatie und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • gute Englischkenntnisse
  • idealerweise Erfahrung mit MS Dynamics Navision oder vergleichbaren Einkaufssoftwaresystemen
