Conduct psychotherapeutic individual treatments and psychodiagnostic test procedures in a multiprofessional team in the PIA Steilshoop

• Far advanced training as a psychological psychotherapist (completed PT1 and PT2 are mandatory) or already have the approbation with a therapeutic focus on behavioral therapy or depth psychology
• Experience in treating inpatient and/or partial inpatient patients in a psychiatric clinic and ideally have already worked in a psychiatric outpatient clinic
• Skilled in clarifying treatment indications and confident in applying psychodiagnostic exploration and test procedures
• Experienced in therapeutic handling of acute crises, complex problem constellations, and long-term patients
• Experienced in close cooperation with other professional groups and can demonstrate a pronounced ability and several years of experience in teamwork
• Confident in using common IT programs and particularly practiced in patient-related online documentation of treatments
• Willingness for further training and participation in supervision is part of your professional self-image
• Interest and innovative ideas for the further development of treatment concepts and for the evaluation of treatment offers
