The central project management team coordinates and leads national and international top management projects. The role involves leading, coordinating, and managing strategically relevant projects with high visibility at national and international levels, from planning to successful completion. The candidate will work closely with top management and contribute actively to the implementation of central company goals.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

lead, coordinate, and manage strategically relevant projects
develop concepts and strategies for the development of central topics
work closely with top management
independently steer and moderate project meetings, workshops, and decision formats
structure project goals, plan milestones, and ensure consistent implementation
analyze complex issues and prepare them for target groups
present clear recommendations for action to internal and external stakeholders

Anforderungen:

successfully completed degree in economics, engineering, or natural sciences or a comparable field
several years of experience in project management or strategy development
good organizational skills
proactive approach
solution- and goal-oriented communication
proficiency in MS Office
English skills at least at level B2
