Projektleiter

• Quality-related supervision of production and further development projects for the plant and products (including product launches)
• Definition and tracking of project milestones / leadership of project teams (as overall project manager / sub-project manager - QM area)
• Creation of product-related documents, such as product control plans, test plans, FMEA, etc.
• Analysis and optimization of process steps and products using suitable Q methods
• Ensuring cooperation with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., purchasing, technology, suppliers, engineering)
• Processing of customer complaints and definition of relevant corrective actions
• Ensuring the implementation or administration of quality goals and standards regarding production in an assigned plant environment
• Supervision of internal error recording using a site-specific app, as well as administration and further development of this app

• Successfully completed university degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Relevant professional experience in project management with a particular focus on quality management
• Practical experience in quality management (e.g., Ishikawa, 5-Why, FMEA, etc.)
• Quick comprehension and entrepreneurial thinking for the company's development
• Negotiation-fluent English and German skills in spoken and written form

Knowledge of certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, product-related certifications such as UL, ATEX, etc.)
