Verantwortlichkeiten

independent takeover of strategic HR projects with a clearly defined timeframe and fixed milestones
holistic implementation of new processes or structures within the entire HR area to sustainably increase the department's efficiency
targeted optimization of recruiting and onboarding processes to ensure an excellent candidate journey
introduction and administrative support of modern IT systems such as HR4YOU
active support in steering complex change management projects and accompanying the workforce through all necessary organizational change processes
competent interim support for specialist departments during personnel shortages and during the reorientation of managers on site
conception and practical implementation of individual training measures to specifically promote the professional development of all employees in the area of responsibility

Anforderungen

successfully completed university degree in business administration, psychology, or business law with a clear focus on personnel management or organization
solid professional experience in independently leading personnel projects or a comparable position in an industrial environment within the HR department
secure knowledge of modern HR-IT systems and routine handling of common MS Office applications
German language skills at native level in spoken and written form and good English skills for communication within the customer's internationally active corporate group
high level of consulting competence and pronounced communication skills for professional interaction with various internal and external stakeholders
team-oriented personality and structured, solution-oriented work approach
valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
