DB InfraGO AG is seeking a Projektleiter:in Leit- und Sicherungstechnik (w/m/d) to manage railway infrastructure projects in Berlin. Responsibilities include LST measure coordination, project management, ensuring compliance with regulations, handling risks, and overseeing completion. Verantwortlichkeiten:

Steering and designing the preparation, realization and commissioning of LST measures
Coordination of services in the LST/TK/EEA sectors
Ensuring the successful execution of infrastructure projects in the field of equipment technology with emphasis on LST
Ensuring quality, budget and on-time implementation of construction measures and compliance with building regulations and guidelines
Continuous discussions with builders, construction companies, authorities and other relevant actors
Ensuring proper implementation of planning, construction supervision and testing services
Coordination with colleagues in overall project management, specialized planning and construction supervision
Application for public-law permits and building submissions
Preparation and ensuring acceptance processes by authorities and inspectors
Reviewing, evaluating and managing contract modifications
Identifying risks and implementing countermeasures to ensure project success.

Anforderungen:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Fach- / Hochschulstudium im Bereich Leit– und Sicherungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie einschlägige Fachkenntnisse in der Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von ausrüstungstechnischen Planungsprojekten der Eisenbahninfrastruktur
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht (HOAI, VOB) sowie idealerweise auch in den Verwaltungsvorschriften (VV-BAU STE, VV BAU)
Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, idealerweise auch mit Methoden des agilen Projektmanagements und sehr gute Kenntnisse der Kosten- und Terminsteuerung von Infrastrukturprojekten
Arbeitsweise geprägt von hohem Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie Leistungsbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, Motivation, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, MS Project, Doxis, iTWO).

Wünschenswert:

Ideally knowledge of Verwaltungsvorschriften (VV-BAU STE, VV BAU)
Experience with methods of agile project management.
