Jobbeschreibung:

We are looking for a commercial project manager / construction commercial manager for portfolio management (m/f/d) for the business unit DB InfraGO AG at the Magdeburg location. You will be responsible for the commercial control and ongoing project controlling of infrastructure projects, cost forecasts according to different financing types, and proof of use of funds. You will also maintain data in commercial systems and participate in risk management and contract management.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

commercial control and ongoing project controlling of infrastructure projects
cost forecasts according to different financing types and proof of use of funds
data maintenance of project structure and monthly project evaluation in commercial systems
data maintenance regarding master / transaction data, forecast values, financing, and project accounting
participation in risk management in cooperation with project management and contract and addendum management
regular deviation analyses for projects for early detection of deviations from target
development of countermeasures in case of plan deviations together with the project team

Anforderungen:

successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or similar field
alternatively, completed commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience
ideally first practical experience in commercial project support, preferably in construction project management
high affinity for complex projects and technical matters
preferably knowledge of SAP R/3, practical knowledge of VOB, contract law, and BGB
high degree of independence, flexibility, and resilience
confident demeanor towards project stakeholders
pronounced quality, cost, and deadline awareness

Wünschenswert:
