The job involves ensuring the formal prerequisites for railway operations in the large-scale project Karlsruhe-Basel, coordinating with various national and European certifying bodies, and optimizing procedures for commissioning approvals.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

ensuring overarching coordination and control of complex commissioning processes
acting as an interface between central organizational units and external associations
disseminating current topics and preparing information
optimizing existing procedures for obtaining commissioning approvals
developing new approaches with project participants
conducting internal training and information events
handling fundamental questions and special tasks

Anforderungen:

successfully completed degree in civil engineering or equivalent
ideally, professional experience in project management or leading projects
experience with commissioning control of railway infrastructure processes
analytical thinking and good observation skills
communication skills, team spirit, coordination skills, and independent, reliable working style
flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
very good organizational skills
very good communication and assertiveness skills
