Jobbeschreibung:

The job involves working on the general renovation of the high-performance corridor 'Hagen-Wuppertal-Cologne' to bring the rail infrastructure between Cologne and Hagen up to date. The role includes active supervision of construction sites, coordination of executing trades, participation in inspections, claim management, and developing countermeasures for target endangerment.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

active supervision of construction sites in cooperation with construction supervision
cross-disciplinary coordination of the executing trades on the construction site
participation in inspections and handovers
proactive claim/anti-claim management
checking and processing additional work
developing scenarios and countermeasures in case of target endangerment

Anforderungen:

successfully completed university degree in civil engineering, architecture or comparable professional experience
experience in project management for infrastructure projects (e.g., traffic facilities, track construction or engineering structures)
experience in contract and additional work management as well as in objection management
computer skills in workplace-related applications (MS-Office, iTWO, Doxis)
knowledge of HOAI and VOB
assertiveness, communication skills and team spirit
