CIMPA GmbH, a subsidiary of the Sopra Steria Group, offers innovative services in digital transformation, product lifecycle management (PLM), and system life cycle management (SLCM). We operate in industries such as aerospace, automotive, and energy, focusing on holistic lifecycle support for our clients' systems.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Processing incidents and service requests
analyzing service interruptions and continuous improvement
supporting simulation methods, processes, and tools (especially for 3DEXPERIENCE)
providing 2nd and 3rd level support for simulation tools
supporting quality assurance of applications (testing and analyzing test results)

Anforderungen:

Technical training as a technician or a degree in construction technology
at least 2 years simulation experience in the CAE environment (ideally also with 3DEXPERIENCE) or several years with alternative CAE programs
knowledge of simulation methods and tools
high IT affinity
strong communication skills
proactive approach
service-oriented mindset
very good German and English skills

Wünschenswert:

Experience with smaller IT adjustments
knowledge of simulation software
