Jobbeschreibung:

The position involves supporting users from the aerospace industry on-site, ensuring smooth operations and optimizing processes. You will leverage your knowledge of CAD tools and PLM software, focusing on methodologies and user training while improving application quality.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

handling tickets and service requests
analyzing service interruptions and improving processes
design methods support (Windchill, CATIA V5, VPM)
user support (2nd and 3rd level) for CAD and DMU tools
quality assurance for applications (testing and analysis of results)
conducting trainings and awareness sessions for Windchill and VPM

Anforderungen:

technical education (Techniker*in) or degree in the field of construction engineering, engineering or similar technical discipline
at least 2 years of design experience in CATIA (preferably V4/5/6) and/or experience with alternative CAD programs and viewers
experience with Windchill as PLM software
high IT affinity
technical expertise in 3D software
strong communication skills
proactive approach
service-oriented mindset
very good German and English language skills

Wünschenswert:

knowledge of additional 3D software
ability to make minor adjustments independently
