Als einer der führenden heimischen Getränkepartner versorgt Coca-Cola HBC Österreich den gesamten österreichischen Markt mit einem auf die Bedürfnisse von rund 60.000 Kundinnen und Kunden abgestimmten Produktsortiment – 24 Stunden am Tag, sieben Tage die Woche.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Steuerung strategisch relevanter Projekte und Veranstaltungen in den Bereichen Kommunikation und Nachhaltigkeit, von der Konzeption über die Umsetzung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams, relevanten internen Stakeholdern sowie dem Senior Leadership Team
  • Steuerung externer Stakeholder und Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen, termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Projektumsetzung
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und definierten Qualitätsstandards
  • Konzeption, Steuerung und Realisierung strategischer Kommunikationsprojekte und Kampagnen
  • Erstellung von Kommunikationsinhalten mit Schwerpunkt Speechwriting und Aufbereitung zentraler Botschaften zielgruppengerecht
  • Verfassen und Koordinieren von Presseaussendungen und Unterstützung einer professionellen externen Unternehmenskommunikation

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Universität, FH) mit dem Schwerpunkt Kommunikationswissenschaften / Journalismus o.ä.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projekt- und/oder Agenturumfeld (z.B. in den Bereichen Beratung, Kommunikation oder Marketing) idealerweise in der FMCG-Branche bzw. in einem internationalen Konzern
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer, bereichsübergreifender Projekte (z.B. bei Großveranstaltungen, Kommunikationskampagnen oder strategischen Initiativen)
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, Übernahme von Verantwortung und Überblick in dynamischem Umfeld
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
