We are looking for a part-time Project Administrator / Assistant (m/f/d) (50%–80%) to join the Grants Office to support the management of over 30 externally funded research projects with a total budget of more than €40 million.
Verantwortlichkeiten
Supporting the implementation of administrative requirements set by various funding bodies
Maintaining and managing databases
Contributing to the development and implementation of further services offered by the Grants Office
Project management
Drafting, reviewing and processing contracts and funding agreements in collaboration with researchers, the External Funding Department, the Legal Department and external partners
Coordinating the preparation of scientific and financial reports, including monitoring deadlines
Coordinating and implementing project changes
Anforderungen
Completed qualification as a business administrator
Experience in managing externally funded projects
Ability to edit English texts (spelling and grammar) and to creatively design documents
Sense of responsibility, thoroughness and reliability
Helpful attitude and a team-oriented approach to work
Willingness to learn and an interest in shaping new processes
Ability to prioritise tasks independently and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment
Strong communication and persuasion skills in face-to-face, virtual and written interactions
Proficiency in spoken and written English (C1) and German (A2)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook, and a willingness to familiarise yourself with digital tools
