• Conduct practical training through close coordination with maintenance and use of effective and innovative teaching and learning methods
• carry out needs-based, practical, and pedagogically optimal qualification measures at internal and external facilities
• develop concepts for advanced training measures to safeguard specific expertise and knowledge retention
• act as a competent point of contact for maintenance staff and ensure training ability through regular exchange and personal education
• create small training programs (including development of training materials) or assist in training development measures.

• Successful training as a track mechanic or qualification as a track master or track construction master (IHK)
• ideally, knowledge in rail monitoring technology and track technologies (e.g., measurement technology) as well as professional experience in maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of the track
• enjoyment of sharing knowledge and ideally, training experience or a trainer qualification
• high comprehension ability, communication skills, customer orientation, and conflict resolution competence
• high degree of willingness to learn and change as well as initiative
• flexible for some business travel.
