Jobbeschreibung:

Internship (w/m/d) of 5 months in the area of Green Transformation and Society - Sustainability and Environment at Deutsche Bahn AG in Berlin. The internship involves supporting the team in organizing events and stakeholder dialogues, drafting speeches, managing invitations, analyzing legislative processes, and creating content for various channels.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of events and other dialogue formats
Drafting speeches and creating presentations and documents related to the events
Support in invitation management and maintenance of email distribution lists
Accompanying the analysis and evaluation of legislative processes at European and national level in the area of sustainability and deriving relevant recommendations for action for DB
Developing content for various internal and external channels, including our sustainability appearances, and ensuring consistently high quality
Providing active support and organizational support in the dynamic day-to-day business

Anforderungen:

Studying Event or Event Management, Social Sciences, Humanities or Economics with a focus on Event, Marketing or Communication or a comparable degree
Enjoy preparing and following up events both in terms of content and organization and have already gained initial experience in organizing events
Comfortable dealing with stakeholders and familiar with the political system and media landscape
Experience with content management systems and SharePoint solutions and initial experience in editorial writing is an advantage
Strengths include quick comprehension, analytical thinking and a strong willingness to perform
Organizational talent, enjoy working in a team and complete tasks with great care and commitment
