• Coordination with various stakeholders while keeping all requirements in view
• Project support including attending meetings, taking minutes, ensuring follow-up on agreements, and contributing own ideas
• Supporting managers and back office with administrative tasks such as evaluating key figures and tracking qualification documents
• Taking on smaller project topics as part of organizational development

• Studying Economics, Project Management, Business Administration or a comparable degree
• Confident handling of MS Office products, especially Excel
• Project management knowledge/experience is an advantage but not a requirement
• Team skills and openness to approach people at different hierarchy levels
