• Supporting the upcoming relocation from Altona to Langenfelde with project management tasks
• Coordinating with various stakeholders and keeping track of all requirements
• Supporting project supervision by attending meetings, taking minutes, following up on agreements, and contributing own ideas
• Supporting managers and the back office with administrative tasks such as evaluating key figures and tracking qualification certificates

• Studying Economics, Project Management, Business Administration or a comparable degree
• Proficient in MS Office products
• Project management knowledge/experience is an advantage but not a requirement
• Team player with good interpersonal skills across different hierarchy levels
• Organizational talent and independent, structured way of working
