Jobbeschreibung:

An internship in product management for ICE and Intercity trains at DB Fernverkehr AG involves support in various projects, including sanitation and cleanliness initiatives, preparation for new train launches, data analysis, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support the product management team for ICE and Intercity in current projects
Participate in the Competence Center Sanitation and Cleanliness, assisting in piloting a needs-based planning system for cleaning staff and supporting the project team on strategic and operational issues
Assist in preparations for the market launch of new long-distance trains, including organizing events, recruiting test participants, and preparing train presentations
Process operational, quality, and demand data
Analyze customer requirements and derive measures to enhance customer satisfaction onboard trains

Anforderungen:

You are studying economics, engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable course of study, at least in the 4th semester
You are proficient in using MS Office applications
You have the ability to work independently and in a structured manner
You are team-oriented, highly motivated, and have a willingness to shape ideas
You are willing to travel on trains throughout Germany
You possess sensitivity and tact when dealing with colleagues and customers
