6-month internship in Human Resources Management at DB Fernverkehr AG in Frankfurt am Main, supporting HR Business Partners in recruitment, employee development, and administrative tasks

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support HR Business Partners in all personnel-related topics
Independent handling of administrative tasks
Accompanying personnel processes around vocational training
Preparation of works council documents
Active participation in HR projects at the Frankfurt location

Anforderungen:

Studying (Economic) Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Law, Economic Education or a comparable degree
Confident handling of MS Office programs, especially Word and Excel
High motivation, engagement and enthusiasm
Team skills and communication skills
Friendly and professional appearance
Independent and goal-oriented working style
