Jobbeschreibung:

6-month internship in the HR Management/HR Business Partner Corporate Management team at Deutsche Bahn AG in Berlin or Frankfurt am Main. The intern will gain comprehensive insight into HR activities and support various personnel processes.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Independent supervision of (inter)national interns, thesis students, and legal trainees from the corporate management departments (Finance/Logistics, HR/Law, and Digitalization/Technology)
Acting as a contact person for specialist departments and interns
Learning all facets of HR work
Coordinating contract conditions and general HR-related topics
Creating works council documents as part of collective co-determination
Commissioning the creation of employment contracts
Tracking recruitment processes
Gaining insight into the activities of HR business partners
Participating in weekly team meetings
Opportunity to observe in other HR areas
Contributing expertise in HR-IT, HR processes, and HR project topics

Anforderungen:

Bachelor- or Master-level studies in fields such as economics, business psychology, business administration, law, or a comparable degree program with a focus on HR
Independent and goal-oriented work style
Structured approach and organizational competence
Quick comprehension and ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new topics, also in English
High motivation, enthusiasm, and initiative
