• Support in current projects of personnel and leadership development
• Establishment and adaptation of personnel development processes, concepts and products as well as workshop formats, e.g. as part of onboarding for managers
• Monitoring the training offers for managers and employees from the team on the learning platform and supervising the courses with regard to organization and implementation
• Maintenance of course content and participant management
• Target group-oriented and appealing creation of PowerPoint presentations and possibly also digital learning media, such as web-based training or explanatory videos
• Supporting the team in organizing and conducting various meetings

• Studying Psychology, Business Psychology, Education, Business Administration or a comparable degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
• Interest and curiosity in the topic of personnel and leadership development
• Desirable are first practical experiences in the form of student jobs or internships
• Confident handling of MS Office programs
• Independent and structured way of working, initiative and creativity
• Communication skills, teamwork and enjoyment of hybrid working
