We are looking for you for a 4-6 month internship (w/m/d) in the area of Onboarding & Employee Retention at DB InfraGO AG at the Karlsruhe location as soon as possible.
Verantwortlichkeiten
Support ongoing and new projects to increase our employee retention
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of junior staff and employees
Prepare and moderate various events, such as onboarding or retention events
Steer measures from the employee survey
Support the implementation and execution of various internal communication measures
Maintain systems for high data quality and reliable operation
Anforderungen
Studying business administration, (economic) psychology, social sciences or a comparable degree program
Confident use of MS Office programs
First practical experience in training and/or retention management is desirable
Team skills, creativity and communication skills
Independent, structured way of working and willingness to take responsibility
Enjoy working with junior staff and employees
