Jobbeschreibung:

Internship in the Innovations and Ventures unit developing AI solutions for human-machine interaction of tomorrow. Portfolio includes chatbots, voicebots, voice assistance systems, and digital assistants to automate business processes in the DB Group and optimize customer experiences.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Creation and improvement of speech recognition and NLU systems
Creating training and test corpora
Independently conducting training and tests of STT and NLU models
Checking the quality of trained speech recognition models
Identifying potential sources of error
Documenting and summarizing results
Evaluating different models (possibly different providers)
Testing model quality from user perspective
Accompanying user tests of voice applications

Anforderungen:

Studying Computer Linguistics, Phonetics or comparable degree program
Ideally first experience with regular expressions
Basic understanding of voice assistants
Programming skills in Python
High computer affinity
Willingness to learn new systems
Good ability to abstract and clearly present sources of error
Independent, structured and careful way of working
Very good German language skills in word and writing
