This internship at DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH provides an intensive four-month placement in the International HR department, focusing on personnel management and development. The role involves administrative duties, global recruiting, and contributing to international HR strategies. You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas to projects and work in a globally connected team.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

You will take on administrative tasks such as preparing contract-relevant documents, maintaining data in personnel systems, screening international applicant profiles, or expanding our expert pool
you will support our team with all topics related to international HR management for employees abroad and expatriates
you will gain a comprehensive insight into international HR work (e.g., global recruiting, personnel development, compensation & benefits, tax, employment, and social security law)
your input counts: you can get creative and proactively realize your own ideas in projects related to personnel development or recruiting & employer branding abroad
you will assist with global communication between various departments
you will create presentations, reports, and communication materials in German and English.

Anforderungen:

You are studying business administration, psychology, social sciences, or a comparable degree program with a focus on human resources
you have practical experience, intercultural competence, and enthusiasm for international HR work
you possess an independent and efficient way of working as well as a high degree of confidentiality
you have quick comprehension, initiative, and strong communication and teamwork skills
you bring motivation, initiative, and creativity
you are proficient in MS Office, have an affinity for social media, and have very good German and English skills both written and spoken.
