The internship in Innovation Management at DB Fernverkehr AG involves supporting the team in various innovation processes, driving innovation topics, and working on digitalization projects. The internship lasts for 6 months and can be mostly remote.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Supporting the team in all topics and process steps in innovation management
Taking on independent tasks and driving innovation topics in the organization
Participating actively in exchanges with other business areas of DB
Working with data and exciting use cases around the product train
Working with innovative hardware, digital services, and processes
Visiting start-ups, trade fairs, or innovation events

Anforderungen:

Studying Innovationsmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen or a comparable degree with a focus on Innovationsmanagement
Interest in new, exciting topics and first experiences in innovation management and digitalization
High motivation, independence, quick comprehension, and structured work
Conceptual and analytical skills
Strong communication skills and independent work
Proficiency in MS Office and interest in programming tools
Project management knowledge acquired during studies, holiday jobs, and project work
