Jobbeschreibung:

We are looking for you for a 6-month full-time internship in Human Resources at DB Systemtechnik GmbH in Munich, ideally as a compulsory internship. A combination of compulsory and voluntary internship is also possible.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Gain insight into the challenging processes in the HR department
Learn about exciting areas of activity such as personnel planning, personnel and junior staff support, and personnel development
Organization and support of events of all kinds (e.g. workshops, welcome/closing events) as well as active participation in their implementation
Conducting applicant management for interns, working students and those writing final theses
Creating presentations and evaluations and supporting the topics of foreign assignments and their organization

Anforderungen:

Studying Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences or a comparable degree with a focus on Human Resources
Openness, teamwork and communication skills
High motivation, commitment and willingness to work
Structured and independent way of working
