• Support the HR Business Partners regarding all topics of operational and strategic personnel management
• Independently manage tasks and task packages, such as the organization of training and workshops, as well as support on a conceptual level
• Research activities and taking on your own projects on various topics of personnel support and development
• Presenting the results of your work
• Independently carry out recruiting processes in cooperation with our central recruiting
• Take on administrative tasks in the area of office organization and gain insight into labor law topics

• Studying in an advanced semester of business administration, psychology, or social sciences with a focus on human resources or a comparable degree program
• Ideally, bring initial practical experience in a commercial environment
• Confident use of MS Office 365 is a given
