6-month internship in HR Management at DB Fernverkehr AG in Cologne, supporting HR Business Partners in personnel topics, administrative tasks, vocational training processes, and HR projects

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support HR Business Partners in all personnel-related topics, especially in recruiting, support and development of employees
Independent handling of administrative tasks to support HR Business Partners in daily operations
Accompanying personnel processes related to vocational training
Creating works council templates and learning about co-determination of interest representatives
Participation in HR projects at the Cologne location

Anforderungen:

Studying (Business) Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Law, Business Education or a comparable degree
Confident handling of MS Office programs, especially Word and Excel
High motivation, engagement and enthusiasm
Teamwork and communication skills
Friendly and professional appearance
Independent and goal-oriented working style
