Jobbeschreibung:

Internship in HR Management for 6 months at DB Fernverkehr AG in Munich or Nuremberg. The internship offers insights into the field of HR business partners and involvement in exciting projects in personnel management.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Learning the field of activity of our HR business partners (recruitment, support and development of managers, employees and trainees)
Involvement in exciting projects in personnel management
Organization of meetings, events and workshops
Learning the tools of personnel development and contributing to the further development of training, further education and training opportunities
Supporting the HR business partners in processing labor, collective bargaining and individual legal measures

Anforderungen:

Studying Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Economic Psychology, Business Law, Business Education or a comparable course of study
First practical experience in a commercial environment
Confident handling of MS Office programs, especially Word and Excel
Independent and reliable way of working as well as good task management
High motivation, quick comprehension and team spirit
Very good knowledge of German
