Jobbeschreibung:

Internship (w/m/d) of 6 months for DB InfraGO AG in Hannover. Opportunity to gain experience in operational HR management and other HR areas.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support HR partners in operational HR tasks from entry to exit of employees
Participate in processing labor, collective bargaining, and individual legal measures
Assist in the preparation of works council participation in individual personnel measures
Gain an overview of other HR areas such as HR controlling and development
Involvement in ongoing projects and conceptual and organizational preparation of events and workshops

Anforderungen:

Studying BWL, Personalwirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftsrecht or a comparable degree
Practical experience in HR is desirable
Independent and structured way of working
Accuracy and reliability
High motivation and initiative
Quick comprehension
Teamwork and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
