Praktikum HR Business Partner

• Support HR Business Partners in operational HR tasks
• Assist in processing labor, collective, and individual legal measures such as hiring and transfers
• Participate in the preparation of works council involvement in individual personnel measures
• Gain an overview of other HR areas such as HR controlling and development
• Involvement in ongoing HR projects and conceptual and organizational preparation of events and workshops

• Studying BWL, Personalwirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftsrecht, Rechtswissenschaften or a comparable degree with a focus on HR
• Practical experience in HR is ideal
• Independent and structured way of working
• Accuracy and reliability
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
