Jobbeschreibung:

Internship in Leadership Support and Human Resources (w/m/d) for DB Fernverkehr AG in Frankfurt am Main. The internship lasts 6 months and starts as soon as possible. The intern will support HR Business Partners in operational HR tasks, participate in HR processes, and work on exciting projects.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Supporting the HR Business Partners in all topics of operational HR work of the Employee Life Cycle (e.g., job placements, leadership development processes, certificate creation)
Actively participating in the implementation of all HR processes by independently developing solution proposals based on applicable HR processes
Supporting the HR Business Partners in individual and collective legal advice
Learning about the relevant interface work with the Personnel Service, Works Council, and the basic departments (employment conditions, personnel/leadership development)
Participating in the conception, implementation, and documentation of (HR) projects
Supporting succession planning, the central leadership development instrument
Creating (top) management-ready and creative presentations

Anforderungen:

Studying Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie, Erziehungswissenschaften or a comparable degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
Practical experience in the form of an internship or working student activity, preferably in Human Resources
High motivation, commitment, and enthusiasm
High integrity
Independent, structured, and careful way of working
Enjoy working in a team
Enjoy virtual work
Confident use of MS Office 365
