Jobbeschreibung:

Internship in Business Intelligence (6 months) at DB Fernverkehr AG in Frankfurt am Main, focusing on supporting the business customer sales team with BI solutions, data analysis, and reporting.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support the implementation of a new BI solution, including data export, interfaces, and refinement
Participate in the analysis of customer, sales, and booking data to identify potentials and trends
Create and develop dashboards and reports with tabular and graphical representations of key figures
Support data analysis for strategic decisions in program and product management as well as sales
Prepare presentations and decision templates for management
Contribute to the development of training materials for BI systems

Anforderungen:

Studying Informatics, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable field
First practical experience in Business Intelligence, e.g., with Tableau or Power BI
Enjoy working with data analysis, cost-benefit analyses, and reporting
Structured and results-oriented work approach
High affinity for numbers
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Teamwork, engagement, and enthusiasm
