Jobbeschreibung:

Internship in Business Intelligence & Analytics in strategic organizational development at Deutsche Bahn AG in Berlin. The internship lasts four to six months, starting from April 2025 or as soon as possible. The intern will work predominantly on-site at the office, with the possibility of partial remote work after consultation.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Supporting the team in analyzing and preparing data from financial and personnel systems, including simulation calculations
Developing existing BI reports and dashboards to derive insights and recommendations for shaping the organization of Deutsche Bahn
Driving the digitization of the reporting world with experience in Power BI and programming skills in DAX, VBA, M
Contributing to central strategic decisions of the corporate management, especially around the transformation of Deutsche Bahn
Assisting in the preparation of meetings with internal and external clients and creating presentations and evaluations

Anforderungen:

Studying Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable degree
Knowledge and first experience in data collection, processing, and visualization
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI
Familiarity with data preparation in Power Query and Excel
Self-motivation for data topics, logical thinking, and structured problem-solving approach
Independent and team-oriented work
Fluent German language skills (min. C1)
