Verantwortlichkeiten

Supporting the research team in planning, conducting and evaluating qualitative UX research studies
Working with the team to develop data-based optimization recommendations
Having the opportunity to apply different research methods
Accompanying projects from the concept phase to implementation
Being part of an agile product development environment and working closely with designers and product owners

Anforderungen

Currently enrolled as a student or in a Gap Year
Studying Psychology, Sociology, Communication Science or a comparable subject with good academic performance
Enthusiasm for the variety of qualitative UX research methods
Great interest in digital media and products, as well as their application
Great enjoyment of teamwork and a high degree of independence and quick comprehension
Fluent in German and English
Living the Vodafone Spirit, being committed, open and eager for new challenges
