A 6-month internship starting December 1, 2025, in the HR Management (w/m/d) department at DB Fernverkehr AG in Frankfurt am Main. The role involves supporting HR business partners across various HR processes, engaging with interfaces, managing recruitment processes, contributing to projects, and exploring other HR-focused areas.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Supporting HR Business Partners in all topics of operational personnel work from onboarding to offboarding of tariff employees and managers, developing independent solution proposals based on current HR processes
  • Overseeing the final implementation of personnel measures and engaging with various interfaces such as time management, recruiting, or payroll
  • Preparing independent solution proposals for inquiries from HR Business Partners, employees, or managers based on applicable HR processes
  • Acting as a contact for managers regarding the recruitment process for young professionals, collaborating actively in the application management of tariff and management staff, contacting all stakeholders
  • Accompanying current HR-related projects, taking on partial tasks, and preparing presentations
  • Opportunity to get to know other HR areas such as personnel controlling and development or process and quality management
  • Planning and organizing excursions and social events in the working group for interns

Anforderungen:

  • You study Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften, Jura or a comparable study with a focus on Personal
  • First practical experiences in HR are desirable
  • High motivation, commitment and enthusiasm are your strengths
  • You are characterized by your independent and structured way of working as well as accuracy and reliability
  • Teamwork, communication skills, and contact friendliness in dealing with all hierarchy levels
  • Initiative and quick comprehension round out your profile
