The DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH is looking for a Polier (m/f/d) to strengthen their team in Karlsruhe. The role involves organizing and carrying out construction work, leading construction teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and creating construction site reports. Verantwortlichkeiten:

organize and carry out construction work in the field of structural engineering according to technical and business principles
take technical leadership of construction teams and work with them if necessary
ensure proper handling of tools and equipment
monitor compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines and other operational rules
take over the creation of construction site reports

Anforderungen:

successfully completed vocational training as a construction worker or comparable training in the construction industry
(initial) experience in the technical leadership of a construction team
reliable and economical way of working
willingness to work flexible hours
sense of responsibility and teamwork
valid class B driver's license
