Verantwortlichkeiten

Plan, design and control the timely construction process in turnkey construction in close cooperation with the project team
Support the construction management and ensure smooth implementation of construction measures
Participate in construction progress meetings and keep the construction diary to document construction progress transparently
Coordinate and check own employees and construction partner trades in turnkey construction and ensure that the highest quality standards are met
Monitor the construction site and ensure that occupational safety and environmental regulations are complied with
Manage the entire deployment of personnel, equipment and materials

Anforderungen

Geprüfter Polier (w/m/d), Werkpolier (w/m/d) or Meister (w/m/d) with solid practical experience in turnkey construction
Leadership competence in guiding and leading commercial staff and construction partners
Sound knowledge of VOB, occupational safety and environmental regulations
Assertive and self-initiating
