Jobbeschreibung:

Coordinate and oversee planning processes for railway construction and infrastructure projects; Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution. Contribute to major projects across Germany in a collaborative and modern environment.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Coordinate the execution planning of infrastructure projects focusing on schedule, cost, and quality checks until approval
Manage external planning offices ensuring compliance with regulations, technical standards, and construction contracts
Support construction projects to meet quality, budget, and schedule objectives
Act as a liaison among project stakeholders ensuring smooth collaboration
Assist with capacity/resource planning and provide oversight
Participate in special assignments and contribute ideas.

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed engineering degree (e.g., civil engineer, electrical engineer, communication technician, industrial engineer) or comparable qualification with professional experience in construction project execution
At least 3 years of experience in construction project planning or planning coordination
Comprehensive project management expertise and proficiency in common software tools such as MS Office
Proficiency in at least one field, such as electrical engineering, telecommunications, track construction, civil engineering, or related disciplines
Experience in stakeholder management with strong prioritization, resilience, and assertiveness
Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
High degree of initiative, performance readiness, and ability to manage stress under time pressure
Mobility and willingness to work across Germany with regular on-site presence at construction sites
Class B driver's license.
