• Planning of highly complex overhead contact line systems (including grounding and return current systems, supply concepts, railway power lines, and local control equipment) in HOAI service phases 1-7 and 9, also using BIM methodology
• Sub-project management for the technical part related to overhead contact line systems in exciting (large-scale) projects
• Independent and timely execution of demanding infrastructure projects considering costs, deadlines, and quality
• Conducting interdisciplinary coordination, as well as coordination with the client and approval authorities independently
• Responsible for evaluating technical special proposals (technical statements) and contributing to obtaining UiG and ZiE
• Conducting internal quality assurance and acceptance of third-party planning
• Leading role in handling claims and change orders: identifying, reporting, and tracking contractual additional services

• Successfully completed university degree in electrical engineering or comparable technical education with long-term professional experience
• Long-term specific professional experience as a planning engineer for overhead contact line systems
• Experience in creating detailed execution plans, including overhead line statics
• Outstanding knowledge of the required regulations, standards, and processes
• Very good MS Office skills
• Knowledge of planning software (Autocad, OLAcad, MicroStation Connect, OL Designer) is an advantage
• Initiative, structured, independent, and goal-oriented working methods
• Analytical and economic thinking skills
• High level of communication skills and team orientation
• Willingness to travel for planning services in supra-regional projects
