Verantwortlichkeiten

Take on order-specific specialist planning for complex investment and maintenance measures in the electrical engineering or overhead line trades
Responsible for quality assurance and plan review in accordance with internal guidelines and applicable regulations of DB InfraGO AG
Develop variant studies and implementation concepts that serve as the basis for technical and economic decisions
Act as a construction submission authorized person (BVB) and/or testing expert plan review (PSV-PP) in accordance with VV Bau STE or VV PSV STE
Create execution, design and approval plans (service phases 1–5 according to HOAI) and coordinate them with clients and involved specialist trades
Check external planning documents for completeness and plausibility, release them and create technical statements
Coordinate the planning process, accompany the obtaining of plan approvals and supervise coordination with the Federal Railway Authority (EBA)
Support colleagues in training and further education and contribute your specialist expertise to internal and external consultations

University degree (Fachhochschule or equivalent) as an electrical engineer or engineer in telecommunications, railway technology, infrastructure planning or a comparable field with a focus on electrical engineering
Several years of experience in planning, reviewing or implementing projects in electrical engineering or overhead lines
Knowledge of relevant laws, standards and guidelines (e.g., VV Bau STE, EIGV, HOAI) and ability to apply them safely in practice
Experience in dealing with the Federal Railway Authority (EBA) as well as in preparing EIGV notifications and ZiE applications
Proficient in the safe use of CAD and planning tools as well as common MS Office applications and project-related databases
Strong quality, deadline and cost awareness and technical understanding of complex infrastructures
Cooperative work with internal and external partners and confident coordination of cross-disciplinary processes
Active commitment to the further development of technical standards, processes and knowledge transfer in the team
