Personaldisponent:in (w/m/d) for Regionalverkehr Oberbayern GmbH at location Bad Tölz or Tegernsee starting March 1, 2026

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Effective and economical personnel disposition according to monthly and annual rest period plans
Informing assigned employees about short-term shift changes or pre-planned disposition shifts/weeks
Optimizing and further developing process workflows in personnel deployment control
Creating qualitative and economical duty schedules for assigned employees
Booking performance and absence data (shifts, vacation, illness, etc.) in valid IT systems
Maintaining master data of employees in PERDIS personnel disposition program
Monthly evaluation of driving and rest times
Administration of PERDIS personnel system
Contact person for all branches of RVO and RVA

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed vocational training with relevant professional experience in public transport or transportation sector (e.g., office management clerk or industrial clerk)
Solid knowledge of driving and rest periods as well as working time law or willingness to acquire these
Professional experience in personnel deployment planning
Pronounced knowledge in the area of personnel deployment
Knowledge of the Works Constitution Act
Good knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of PERDIS desirable
High level of commitment and personal responsibility
Flexibility
High degree of assertiveness
Pronounced skills in communication and cooperation

Wünschenswert:

Knowledge of PERDIS
Professional experience in personnel deployment planning
Knowledge of the Works Constitution Act
