Trage den TUI smile in die Welt und lass die Träume unserer Kund:innen wahr werden! In unserem HR People Service Team in Wien suchen wir ab sofort eine:n Mitarbeiter:in in der Personaladministration (ab 30h), der:die unser Team verstärkt!

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt inkl. Stammdatenpflege und Verwaltung des Personalaktes
  • Vorbereitende Personalverrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit einer externen Steuerberatung
  • Abwicklung verschiedenster arbeitsrechtlicher Themen
  • Verantwortung für die Zeiterfassungs- und Abwesenheitsverwaltung
  • Erstellung diverser Reports
  • Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeiter:innen in arbeitsrechtlichen und abrechnungsbezogenen Belangen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Management und Betriebsrat
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von HR-Prozessen und Weiterentwicklung der HR-Systeme

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene HR-Ausbildung mit Fokus auf österreichische Personalverrechnung und/oder Arbeitsrecht
  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Ausgezeichnete MS Office-Anwenderkenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und Word)
  • Kenntnisse einer HR-Software (idealerweise Sage DPW)
  • Positive Einstellung zum Thema Digitalisierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke in ausgezeichneter deutscher sowie guter englischer Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Beratungskompetenz
  • Diskreter Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
  • Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Proaktive Herangehensweise an neue Themen
  • Lernbereitschaft
