Jobbeschreibung:

Part-time People & Culture Generalist position working 8 hours per week on Saturdays, responsible for supporting managers and employees throughout the employee life cycle and implementing HR strategy.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Sparring partner and advisor for managers
Support throughout employee life cycle
Implement HR strategy
Support personnel development and succession planning
Handle operational and administrative HR topics
Interface with central recruitment and learning departments

Anforderungen:

HR professional with 1-2 years experience
Experience in IKEA store preferred
Excellent communication and consulting skills
Knowledge of labor and constitutional law
Excellent German and very good English skills
Coaching & mentoring experience preferred
