People & Culture Generalist

• act as a trust person and act independently and solution-oriented within your area of responsibility
• support our managers in various HR-related issues
• implement our HR strategy together with the P&C team of the Service Office to ensure personnel development and succession planning
• support operational and administrative issues and develop tailor-made solutions together with colleagues in the People & Culture department
• be a contact person for various stakeholders, such as our central recruitment, learning & competence department and payroll accounting

• 1-2 years of experience in the field
• ideally in an IKEA store
• familiarity with IKEA's corporate identity and vision
• excellent communication and consulting skills
• good knowledge of labor and labor constitution law
• excellent German and good English skills
