Jobbeschreibung:

People & Culture Generalist supporting managers and employees with HR experience to ensure quality implementation of strategies and processes, contributing to the development of IKEA culture through collaboration with stakeholders across the company.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Operational and administrative processing of daily business
Supporting effective onboarding process for new employees
Implementing employee retention measures and health & wellbeing initiatives
Providing training and development opportunities
Supporting managers in competency development, succession planning and performance management
Ensuring employer communication is well received and contains IKEA values

Anforderungen:

Experience in HR department
Experience in a fast-paced matrix organization
Knowledge of labor law and employee/employer rights and obligations
Knowledge of apprenticeship training regulations
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in German and English
