Jobbeschreibung:

Mitarbeiter Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung / Payroll Specialist for TUIfly GmbH with permanent full-time position (38.5 hours) in Langenhagen, Germany with hybrid work arrangement

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Processing payroll-related special cases such as parental leave, partial retirement, maternity protection and long-term illnesses with high precision
Maintaining and processing contract changes and implementing collective bargaining agreement special payments
Acting as competent contact person for employees and external bodies regarding payroll queries
Filing payroll-relevant documents in electronic personnel files
Monitoring payroll-relevant data imports from various pre-systems and independently processing error protocols
Carefully maintaining employee master data and controlling correct transfer to subsequent systems
Creating regular evaluations and reports from SAP and Xtime and preparing them for various stakeholders
Correcting replacement times for flying personnel and transfers from X-Time to SAP

Anforderungen:

Completed commercial training
Certification in payroll accounting or degree as personnel clerk
Basic knowledge of labor law, tax law and social security law
Experience in employee support and payroll
Structured way of working and good organizational skills
Strong service orientation and social competence
Fluent German communication skills
Good English skills
