Opex expert

As an OPEX expert, you will ensure efficient maintenance by conducting process reviews, analyzing weaknesses and implementing improvement measures together with the operational employees within the network. You will act as a multiplier and expert for deepening performance management and take responsibility for cross-sectional projects in the Hamm network. In addition, you will accompany the operational teams and managers with regard to compliance with process conformity, tracking/supporting measures and act as a contact person and consultant, developing tailored solutions to increase efficiency. Another focus of your tasks is the establishment of key figure, monitoring and reporting systems. With your holistic view, you will provide processes and tools for efficient analyses and reports in the area of performance management maintenance or lean construction of the network.
